Between Rounds is a personal wellness app designed as a companion to the book The Reset. We built it with your privacy in mind.
We collect no personal data. Between Rounds does not require an account, does not connect to the internet, and does not send any information to external servers.
All journal entries you write are stored only on your device using your phone's local storage. They never leave your phone. We cannot read them, access them, or delete them remotely.
Between Rounds does not require an account and does not store data on our servers. All journal entries and app data remain on your device.
You can delete your data at any time by deleting entries within the app or by uninstalling the app and clearing its data through your device settings.
Because we do not have access to your data, we cannot delete data on your behalf.
If you enable daily reminders, these are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to any server.
Ambient sounds play locally from files bundled with the app. No audio is recorded or transmitted.
Between Rounds does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
This app does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
If we update this policy, we will note the date at the top of this page.
